Who we are
AGREEMENTA is an agreement and contract advisory service operated by Meenakshi Associates Corporate Advisory LLP, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that firm.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and the client portal, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect
- —Enquiry details you submit through the contact form: name, email address, mobile number, country, company, type of agreement and your message.
- —Registration and profile details for the client portal: name, company name, industry, mobile number, email address, country and the purpose of registration.
- —Documents you upload for vetting or review, and any deliverables we return to you.
- —Payment reference details you submit for confirmation, such as the amount and UPI/UTR reference. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank credentials or UPI PINs.
- —Basic technical data generated when you use the site, such as log and security information necessary to keep the service available and safe.

How we use your information
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your documents to train any artificial intelligence model.

- —To create and administer your client portal account, including registration approval.
- —To schedule and confirm online meetings you request.
- —To confirm fee remittances and issue proforma invoices and payment receipts.

Confidentiality of documents
Agreements and related documents you share with us are treated as confidential. Access within the portal is restricted so that a client can see only their own matters, and only our authorised advisory personnel can access client uploads and deliverables.
Documents are exchanged through the secure client portal rather than open email wherever possible.

Retention and deletion
Files stored in the client portal are automatically deleted 60 days after upload. The matter record remains for our engagement history, but the underlying file is removed from storage.
Please download deliverables before the deletion date shown in your dashboard and retain your own copy.
Enquiry records and account information are retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.

Sharing with service providers
We use reputable third-party infrastructure providers for website hosting, database and file storage, authentication and email delivery. These providers process data on our instructions and only to operate the service.
We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or a competent authority.

Security
Access to the portal requires an account and password. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, file storage is private, and database-level access rules restrict records to the account they belong to.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please keep your password confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Some information may be retained where we are required or permitted to do so by law or professional obligation.
