Track B — Vetting
A lawyer reads your draft for risk, enforceability and omissions — liability caps, indemnities, termination, governing law — and returns tracked changes with a note explaining each mark.

Track C — Review
When the other side sends their form, we test it against your commercial position, counter the provisions that matter and set out clearly what remains open before you sign.
